Empire City Casino at Yonkers Racetrack has won four honors in the nationwide contest for “Best Dining & Nightlife Awards” by Casino Player Magazine (March 2015 issue), the track reports.
Empire City’s Nonno’s Trattoria for the second year in a row was awarded “Best Italian” food. Nonno’s was also selected for the “Best Happy Hour” award.
Also for the second year in a row, Dan Rooney’s Sports Pub – with its 40 HDTVs – took home the “Best Place for Cocktails” award.
Finally, Empire Terrace Restaurant was selected for the “Best View” award of the “panoramic vista” and century-old half-mile harness track. \dpuf
